How do you handle QA and revisions?
Every build includes full staging QA and a 14-day post-launch warranty. Any bug, visual deviation from your approved Figma file, or responsive layout issue is resolved immediately at zero additional charge.
Do you sign our NDA before seeing the Figma files?
Yes, 100%. I act as an invisible white-label contractor. I sign your standard agency NDA before you share any confidential client assets. I never contact your clients directly, and no agency attribution will appear in the codebase or footer unless you explicitly request it.
How does billing and EU VAT work?
Invoicing is straightforward and fully compliant. I issue B2B invoices from my registered company in Poland (NIP / VAT-UE: PL7622026496). For agencies in the EU and the UK, invoices are processed under the reverse-charge mechanism (0% VAT). Payment via SEPA bank transfer (EUR) or UK bank transfer (GBP) within 14 days.
What is your typical turnaround for a 5–10 page custom build?
A standard custom WordPress theme or WooCommerce store from an approved Figma file takes between 5 to 10 business days. For rush client launches, dedicated sprint schedules can be arranged.
